The Board of Pharmacy protects and promotes the health and safety of Californians.

The Board investigates complaints related to pharmacy law, including complaints about pharmacist misconduct and prescription errors. Please note, however, that the Board generally does not have jurisdiction over complaints that pertain solely to customer service or billing issues.
